The power of rage. The beauty of rage. May we be righteous in our rage. Perhaps you, too, struggle with the depth of your emotions. I was in a so-grounded, so-powerful state that I could paint the intensity of my rage without all the trappings of conditioning around certain feelings. And what emerged after the painting? Peace. Power. Clarity. Anger is a tool, a message that boundaries have been breached. It is a calling. All our colors/emotions are beautiful.
