My face was sore for a few days after the November 13, 2015 opening of Stan Brodsky and Friends at Ripe Art Gallery in Huntington, New York from too much smiling. It was a moment of profound belonging to be in a show with my teacher and abstract painter colleagues. I am galvanized by the support that poured into my life from family, friends and collectors from near and far. I thank you all. I am lost for words as I write this and my face may indeed be sore for some time as I am still smiling.
